Burden lake or lakes is a man made lake in Averill Park NY. The lake consists of three lakes separated by two dykes. Travel between the three lakes is limited due to a low bridge on First Dyke and a large
culvert on Second Dyke.
The lakes are surrounded by private homes and camps with no public boat launches or access.
